Shipping Locations

We currently ship orders within the United States only.


Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During the summer months, to help protect product quality and prevent packages from sitting in shipping facilities over the weekend, orders placed on Thursday or Friday may be shipped the following Monday.

This helps ensure your olive oil arrives in the best possible condition.


Shipping Methods

We ship orders using UPS to ensure reliable and secure delivery.

Available shipping options may include:

  • UPS Ground

  • UPS 2nd Day Air

Shipping options and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.


Estimated Delivery Time

Shipping times depend on the carrier and destination.

Typical delivery estimates:

  • UPS Ground: 1–5 business days

  • UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 business days

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.


Shipping Address Requirements

To ensure reliable delivery, we ship only to valid physical street addresses within the United States.

Due to carrier limitations, we are unable to deliver to the following address types:

  • PO Box addresses

  • APO / FPO / DPO military addresses

  • Postal lockers or similar delivery lockers

If you are located at a military installation or need assistance with shipping options, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Please make sure the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and accurate.

Orders with incomplete or unsupported addresses may be delayed, canceled, or require address correction before shipment.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.


Damaged Packages

We carefully inspect every bottle before shipping. However, because olive oil is shipped in glass bottles, damage may occasionally occur during transit.

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of the damaged product and packaging

  2. Email Support@Lovevoo.com within 48 hours of delivery

  3. Include your order number and photos

Our team will review the situation and assist you with a replacement if necessary.

For safety reasons, please do not handle broken glass.


Shipping Delays

Lovevoo is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Weather conditions

  • Transportation disruptions

  • Carrier operational issues

If your order appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist you in working with the carrier.


Delivery Issues

If a package shows as delivered but cannot be located, please:

  • Check around your front door, mailbox, or garage

  • Check with neighbors or building management

  • Look for parcel lockers or delivery notices

If the package is still missing, please contact us at Support@lovevoo.com within 7 days of the delivery date.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and determine the next steps.

Please note that reports made significantly after the delivery date may limit the carrier’s ability to investigate the shipment.

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient location. Lovevoo cannot be responsible for packages that may be lost, stolen, or misplaced after delivery.


Hot Weather Shipping Protection

Extra virgin olive oil is a natural product that can be affected by high temperatures during transportation.

To help protect product quality, Lovevoo may adjust shipping schedules during periods of hot weather. In some cases, orders placed later in the week may be shipped the following Monday to prevent packages from sitting in carrier warehouses over the weekend.

We may also use insulated packaging materials to help protect products during transit.

Our goal is to ensure that your olive oil arrives in the best possible condition.
