At Lovevoo, we carefully inspect and package every product to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.

Returns

Because olive oil is a food product, most purchases are considered final sale and are generally not eligible for return.

However, if your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, we may request photos of the product and its packaging.

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer one of the following solutions:

  • Replacement of the damaged item

  • Full refund to the original payment method

  • Store credit for a future purchase

Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the issue has been verified.
